When the needs of our clients require the development of a comprehensive plan to address either a long-term strategy or a short-term goal, we can help them achieve this. Capitol Link, Inc. is skilled in designing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns for political candidates, interest groups, and private and public organizations. We assist our clients in developing a strategy for the project and planning the campaign.
By studying the organization and its goals, talking with the interested parties, and analyzing the current environment, we can produce a preliminary strategy for input and review. We then coordinate with the decision-makers and centers of influence on the project to gather their suggestions and refine the plan. The final product is an effective, comprehensive program designed to promote the goals and objectives of the organization.
COALITION BUILDING
There are times when a client would benefit from the gathering of forces on a certain issue. The more voices speaking in unison, the greater the chance those voices will be heard and heeded. When a situation such as this occurs, Capitol Link, Inc. will work to put together a coalition of interest groups who share a common goal.
Capitol Link, Inc. will seek out organizations who share a common interest with our client on this issue. These groups can be local, statewide, or even national. When possible allies are found Capitol Link will, with the approval of the client, contact the leadership of these groups and arrange an alliance on the issue in question.
Once a coalition has been formed, Capitol Link, Inc. will act as a liaison between the different organizations. We will help to coordinate the efforts of the coalition in order to achieve maximum efficiency and avoid duplicated efforts. Once the common goal has been achieved, we will continue to have contact with these groups in case they prove to be useful allies in the future.
