MICK STATON, JR is Vice President and Director of Research. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University. He is an elected public official serving as the Sugarland Run Supervisor on the Loudoun County, VA Board of Supervisors where he chairs the Transportation/Land Use Committee as well as serving on the Finance Committee. In addition, Mr. Staton has received training in survey research and has completed a course in campaign management at the prestigious Leadership Institute. Mr. Staton has assisted in a number of political campaigns, including his father’s Congressional races. He has worked on every aspect of a campaign including fund raising, polling, debate preparation, strategy and media. Mr. Staton also works with grants.
